We hope you love your purchase from Pete's Garage, but if you don't we'll make every effort to exchange or refund your purchase. Please see below for details of our return policy:
- All bicycle sales are FINAL.
- Full priced items are eligible for exchage or refund within 30 days of the purchase. Eligible items must remain in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase required.
- Sale items are eligable for in-store credit or exchange only. Proof of purchase required.
- Closeout items or clearance items (defined as any items marked below 50% of MSRP) are FINAL SALE.
- Specail order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
